The lawsuit between Chang Woe-ryong and the former Dongjia Chongqing Liangjiang Racing Club was tried by the People’s Court of Jiangbei district of Chongqing and made the following judgment:
Chongqing Liangjiang competitive football club Co., Ltd. paid the plaintiff 10487201.83 yuan of salary and 604770.01 yuan of bonus from January 1, Chang Woe-Ryong to May 31, 2022.
Chongqing Liangjiang competitive football club Co., Ltd. pays the plaintiff Chang Woe-Ryong season ranking reward (season ranking reward in 2020 is paid in RMB, calculated by converting 100000 US dollars into corresponding RMB, exchange rate is determined by the exchange rate of RMB against US dollar exchange rate announced on foreign exchange transaction center by the People’s Bank of China authorized by the People’s Bank of China on July 1, 2022, season ranking reward in 2021( season ranking reward in 2021is paid in RMB, calculated based on the exchange of 181818 US dollars for the corresponding RMB, exchange rate shall be determined by the exchange rate of the central parity of the RMB-US dollar exchange rate in the foreign exchange market, which was authorized by the People’s Bank of China on July 1, 2022.
Chongqing Liangjiang competitive football club Co., Ltd. paid the plaintiff Chang Woe-Ryong economic compensation of 63543.75 yuan.
